Sigma Chi raises over $4000 for Dayton Children’s Hospital
The University’s Student Life and Kennedy Union department recently featured Sigma Chi’s Parents’ Weekend auction on its blog. Since 1998, the Iota Theta Chapter has donated over $38,000 to Dayton Children’s Hospital. Here’s the post:
Sigma Chi raises over $4000 for Dayton Children’s Hospital
On March 12, 2011 the brothers of Sigma Chi, along with their friends and families, helped to raise over $4000 for Dayton Children’s Hospital. As part of their Parent’s Weekend activities, Sigma Chi hosted an event at the Dayton Marriott for the Children’s Miracle Network. Throughout the evening, donations continued to roll in for both the live and silent actions. The brothers had a great time sharing their philanthropic enthusiasm with their families and we hope that their families enjoyed their time at UD! Great job Sigma Chi!!!
